Meeting Rooms
Community RoomThe Community Room can seat up to 65 people (per city fire code, but it gets a bit cozy with that many!). We have 50 chairs and 8 six-foot tables, along with 3 three-foot square tables, and two round tables. A projector with screen and TV are available (HDMI or VGA).  A laptop is available upon request.  A small kitchenette is available, but we ask that you bring your own supplies.  You are required to cleanup the room directly after your meeting or event.

*Beginning October 1, 2022, the Library Board and City Administration have approved the following fee
changes for the Library: Room reservation for non-sponsored events or meetings will increase to $35.

Reservations for non-sponsored events or meetings cost $25.00.  We apologize, but the room is not available for private use or profit-making ventures, although business meetings are acceptable.  Please note that all meetings are required to be open to the general public.

Conference RoomThe Conference Room is located in the Learning Resources Room. The table seats anywhere up to 9 people with additional seating against the walls to fit a total of 15 in the room. A whiteboard with dry erase markers, as well as, a TV, HDMI hookup cables, Apple iPad Pro adaptor, and a DVD/VCR combo are all available for use.

There is no cost to use the room.  Reservations can be made, but are not necessarily required.  

Conference Room  

Triangle Study RoomThe Triangle Study Room is located in the Learning Resources Room. The built-in table seats up-to two people. 
There is no cost to use the room.  Reservations can be made, but are not necessarily required.
